Devil fruits spawn randomly on islands every 30-60 minutes with a global announcement. You can also buy fruit spins with shards or robux. Legendary fruits like Goro and Hie-Hie have the lowest spawn rates, so be ready to race other players when they appear.

For early levels, the Bandit Boss on Starter Island gives consistent XP and Beli. At mid levels, Arlong in Arlong Park drops the Shark Tooth Sword. For endgame, Mihawk in Water 7 is the most valuable farm since he can drop the S-tier Yoru sword.

Use Logia-type fruits for PvP since their element intangibility lets you phase through most attacks. Master your fruit's combo rotation so you can chain stun enemies. Keep distance with ranged skills and use your dash to dodge. Bounties reward you for PvP kills, so hunt players with high bounties.

The current max level is 7500. Reaching max level requires completing all island quest chains, farming bosses repeatedly, and using XP boosts efficiently. Most players take several weeks of regular play to reach max level.
